I had a mole on my forehead and my physician said that he could shave it off, which sounded way to scary. So immediately after some investigation, I found Sunspot ES and to removed the mole just about entirely. Soon after that, I had some sunspots on the side of my face, type of like sideburns, and with the Sunspot ES, those are gone also. Now I am ordering some for my husband.

Like you, if you are reading this...I tried hydroquinone, and all the other skin lighteng remedies on the shelves and did it for months with no impact. Got an ad in the mail for this with capital back guarantee and took a likelihood.
Now I have been implementing this off and on for years - that is the key to it.
I use it on sun spots and rough slightly raised locations that apeared on my hands(like tiny, rough freckles) - these honestly age the appear your hands
Be aware that the sunspots get a tiny darker as you use this. This seriously scared me the initial time I put to use iton my face and it does not tell you that in the directions. In a few days the top layer begins to dry and can be peeled away. . This may well remove the spot but if it is deeper, you will have to continue until it has peeled away the deeper layers( it seems to function a layer at a time). It is worth it!
