For 20 years I had a large brown spot on my hand that doctors dismissed. Right after a year of applying this cream, it fully disappeared and has not returned in three years. Not too long ago, I employed it on skin tags and three of them fell off within a month. I am hoping to get the other people taken care of so I do not have to have them surgically removed. This stuff functions! I definitely appreciate the reality that it is fragrance totally free, as I am allergic to fragrances.
